- 2 oz ginGin
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juiceFresh Citrus Juice
- ½ oz simple syrupSimple Syrup
- ½ oz aquafabaAquafaba
- ½ tsp extra-virgin olive oilGin
- 2 dashes orange bittersOrange Bitters
- IceIce

Method
- 01
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.

Add ice and shake again until the tin is frosty.

Fine-strain into the prepared glass.

Let the foam settle before garnishing.

Use olive oil you would happily dip bread into. Its flavor is the whole idea.
