Lime Leaf Cordial
Perfumed lime with enough body to carry a Daiquiri, a soda, or a bowl of crushed ice.

What you need
Ingredients.
- Peel of 4 limes, pith removed
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup hot water
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 4 kaffir lime leaves or 2 strips lemon peel
Make it
Method.

Muddle lime peel and sugar in a heat-safe bowl; rest 20 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in hot water and lime leaves, then cool completely.

Strain and stir in fresh lime juice before bottling.
