Basic Citrus Cordial
A bright, sweet-tart citrus concentrate for the night you want lime flavor without juicing every round.

What you need
Ingredients.
- 4 limes, washed and dried
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp citric acid
Make it
Method.

Peel the limes in strips, avoiding the white pith, and combine the peels, sugar, and water in a saucepan.

Warm only until the sugar dissolves, then cover off heat for 15 minutes.

Strain, stir in lime juice and citric acid until dissolved, cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
